The most un competent customer service u will ever meet they got a kid saying she's the manager refusing to exchange an item less than 4 dollars with another in different flavour coz the flavour on the receipt was different coz at the checkout the kid who was there multiple the other item with the flavour I want and pass all the stuff as the same item but with the correct number I won't waste my time coz the value is small but it shows how things will be when u bring unexperienced kids and put them in top with big titles to save money
I have been served many times by a very polite and helpful young man his name is Adam. He does an excellent job and always has a smile. Great work Adam and thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable.
Went this morning 15/11/2022 around 7.15am to buy some basics, including bread. This is what we came across. The lady that was stocking the shelves were doing her stock rotation FIFO. Guess that's one way of doing it.nNO, the bread were NOT EXPIRED! As you can see on the close-up. Expiry date 18/11/2022. They just go on the front of the shelves after the new batch is put on the back of the shelves.nHope the management take notice and not sell contaminated food people have walk across those aisles after 'the last clean' with contaminated shoes they wore to the toilet, public areas, etc.. and leave 'stuff' behind. Food hygiene 101.
Well stocked and busy supermarket within Plenty Valley shopping centre. There is plenty of parking and a good variety of items. Surrounding shops help make this a more pleasant grocery shopping experience.
For the past 3 weeks I have noticed the build up of your shopping trolleys in the gardens, pathways and footpaths. Looks like a rubbish tip. Major safety issue. They are in parks, streets and paddocks. Very average
