Woolworths are very standardised of course. There are really no surprises in store, that stand out to differentiate it.nnThe local people here like it. It is nestled in a small shopping area that has quite a few eateries and a couple of restaurants. There is a popular coffee shop across from it. There is a children's play frame out the shop-front.nnPersonally it gets on my nerves that you have to drive right around the back, a full 360, to get into the car park, then walk another 100 metres to the store. I like to park at the door.nnI can do that at many other stores and it remains my preference.nnThe store is fine but everything is expensive and there are hardly any specials with everything at top wack.nnI also have to ask for staff to attend the express of 12 items or less on many occasions.nnStaff there are nice. They are friendly and professional.
The woolworths here is always really convenient. They always have all your basic everyday goods, vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy. Plenty of deals always on offer. Plenty of parking outside also. The place is kept clean and the shelves are always stocked. Open till late and ideal for all your groceries. Can't go wrong with woolworths really. Highly recommended.
Very expensive, bananas are over priced so I never buy them at this store, or meat haven't bought in over a year. Aldi and Costco are better. The windows at the checkouts allow to much heat on sunny days, it's uncomfortable for me and worse for the staff, it has to be a health and safety issue. The staff are better and the very young ones are shy and need more training and assistance to build up their confidence. If they ever install those horrible Coles checkout gates I will stop shopping there. Haven't shopped at Coles in 18 months because of their terrible treatment of customers who pay and don't steal. As for the Australia Day complaints here in the comments celebrating the day with cheap junk from you know where is silly and plenty of other stores sell it. Click and collect is good except on rainy days and when other people just park there to go in the bakery.
Do not come here for click and collect if you want to have an available parking bay and want to collect your groceries within a 15minute timeframe, because the only bays available are two at the peak location for shoppers to park in and you will not receive your order for at least 40 minutes.
The staff member I encountered Lacey was so rude and unhelpful. She just stood looking at me when I asked for her help.
