Absolutely poor organization of clearing trolleys. Everytime we come there's trolleys all over the footpath, the road and in parking bays. Such a danger and just asking for someone scratch their cars. I know customers are lazy and don't put them in the bays but it's also your job to ensure the pathways are clear. Had enough of it. Disgusting.

Well purchased a pack of two sealed containers.nTook them back a couple of hours later as the lid was faulty on one of them.nLady behind the service desk says to you go swap we respond no we do t want that brand now after the faulty lid. She tells us go do some shopping and my partner said we already done our shopping.nShe proceeded to tell us she can’t do refund.nExcuse me the item was faulty, we are well within our rights to get a refund.nHer name was Tracy and the way she spoke was rude.nWe got the refund but she should not be working in customer service, unprofessional behaviour.

Thank you to the two lovely young ladies on the express checkout this afternoon. I had a couple of items went to pay with my visa card but there was an issue with my bank so kept declining the card. the bank apologised for the inconvenience. And I was told by the bank it was an intermittent problem to retry paying. Still no luck. Tried 3 times. The 2 ladies saw my frustration and kindly put through the items as a goodwill gesture and I was able to take my groceries home. Great work by these two beautiful young ladies. You made this elderly lady very happy and extremely grateful. .

Vanilla Cake with Lotus Biscoff.    Yeah not a cake. Dry and hard and the icing is set hard like sweetened lard. You'll need to put it in the microwave and then pour cream over it to help get it down. Never again

I think their bakery has gotten worse.nnGo to Grand Plaza Woolworths for bakery bread, theirs don't go stale after the first day.
