The shop itself is great and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately if you're collecting a direct to boot order the dedicated parking spots for this service are almost always full from shoppers entering the store as normal. This means anyone collecting a direct to boot has to park far away and wait in the cold/rain/whatever. I feel for anyone having to do this who is a senior or immune compromised etc. If you're someone who parks there and shouldn't be, just don't do it.
Modest sized store, reasonably stocked, usually have to wait to get a full service lane though. A lot of times no lanes are open which is annoying. Good location but parking is tight and nearly always close to full. I usually go to the furthest parking spots on the lowest floor.
Revere parking is safer, more convenient and easier. I don't want to reverse out of a bay after shopping, I will continue to reverse in and I urge you to fix this rules and instead ban front in parking
It’s a bit old and beat up inside but the food is fresh and you have a modest but sufficient selection. It doesn’t feel too crowded or busy inside but parking is a bit difficult for larger vehicles or those in small vehicles parking next large vehicles.
WORST WOOLWORTHS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!nMost staff members are incredible lazy, on their phones and smoke out the front of the store. The store in almost always understocked and doesn't stock many of the items I would often get, not to mention the messy stacking on the shelves and missing price stickersnnThe carpark is very poorly designed. Up the top its very cramped and always blocked up with cars. While the clearance on the carpark underneath is far too low. You are better of parking on the street.nnToday when I went at 5pm they had stock everywhere making it hard to get around the store. see photos attached.nOn a previous occasion all the special stickers had been taken down early on a Tuesday afternoon making it impossible to know what pricing the items were without googling, which if you have Optus or Vodaphone gets you 1 bar of 3g in store.nnIf I have time I much prefer to travel an extra 5 or 10 minutes to go to the Ashgrove or Kelvin grove Woolworths. Worst part about an otherwise loveable suburb. Needs an immediate change in management!
