I just had a lovely experience here, in the self checkout I was confused about an item, and the staff member who assisted me proceeded to scan all my items for me and make sure the machine was cool. Other times I've been there the staff are approachable, kind and very helpful. Thank you. I think the girl working the self checkouts this evening deserves a special mention she was really nice
Difficult to get help to find things. Distribution trolleys left unattended are a nuisance. The PA system is not used correctly. Difficult to understand what is said. The same comment applies to Coles. The walk ways can be hazardous with expansion gaps not properly installed.
New store, large open space, very clean and modern. In store bakery and deli. Large selection of fruit and vegetables.
So disappointed to see that my local supermarket sells items that contain krill oil health foods or are fed krill products salmon.nI can't ignore information out there that details what a huge negative effect krill harvesting in the Antarctic has on the whole ecosystem.nThis must stop and the first step is Woolies saying no to stocking krill oils or salmon that has been fed krill.
This review is for Ashley who was stocking the shelves when I asked for help finding an item. She was so proactive and enlisted the help of other team members when she couldn’t locate it herself. And then physically searched the shelves herself for the elusive kimchi. She was genuinely disappointed that there wasn’t a positive result. But I was very impressed with her! Thank Ashley.
