Staff are rude, shelves bare. “Fresh” fruit/Veggies looking disgusting/mushy and mouldy! Had to do a shop elsewhere for that! Have been to may overseas supermarkets with better produce and stocked up more
Wonderful supermarket filled with all the things you need to live a great life. It was busy and I am not always a huge fan of supermarkets being deep in malls but they are. I wonder why they don't make it so their exit is out on the street. Perhaps because people wouldn't get to walk past all the shops on the way out. Anyhow, recommended.
Nice way to make me feel like a thief. Accidentally forgot something in my trolley at the checkout however I was still in the middle of scanning and would have realised. This staff member rudely told me about the bag of carrots and potato left in the trolley and then asked if I had receipts for the other stuff in my trolley and was looking at me like I was a thief! I told her yes and she's welcome to go through it all. Not a good experience at all. Will probably go elsewhere from now on. Oh and what do you know, the brown paper bag broke on the way home and groceries went everywhere. Way to go Woolies, everyone is boycotting you as your prices are a joke. Think I'm definitely done too. Cheers
To be honest, you guys could definately put effort in getting better fruit and vegetables into your store. Your selection and quality is terrible. Especially when compared to other wollworths the quality of your fresh food is on a much lower budget side which i would not expect for Northlakes. This is not a budget suburb and you need to pick up your game. Whoever is responcible for sourcing and deciding on the fresh food and meat selection is doing a attrocious job. Just earlier today, I went to your store to buy some basics after commenting this review, and I had to come back and edit it after seeing what I got.nIt is really bad, and unless we go on here and tell you what a bad job you are doing no change will come.
My pickup time was scheduled between 5:00–6:00 pm, however I received my order at 6:30 pm.nThe staff member responsible for handing out orders was disorganised, gave orders out of sequence, and behaved in a rude and aggressive manner.nnThere was no clear system, no apology, and customers were left waiting unnecessarily.nThis delay and poor attitude were clearly the store’s responsibility, not the customers’.nnVery disappointing experience and needs serious improvement in both customer service and pickup management.
