I was craving delicious pineapple so I decided to go to Woolies. Boy was that a mistake! This company claims they have ‘fresh produce’ yet when I bought the pineapple I noticed it was white instead of yellow, I thought it was weird but I just went with it. When I opened the pineapple it had a disgusting scent and the taste was so off. Waste of $4.50!
Need to improve the click and collect process. I get stuck in these queues too often.
Wonderful supermarket filled with all the things you need to live a great life. It was busy and I am not always a huge fan of supermarkets being deep in malls but they are. I wonder why they don't make it so their exit is out on the street. Perhaps because people wouldn't get to walk past all the shops on the way out. Anyhow, recommended.
Has everything you need. Clean and well stocked. Click and collect in good location, well designed for ease of use. Can get quite bust at peak times.
Ordered my groceries for delivery.nThey got delivered but I was missing most or at least half my order.nI can't get in contact with anyone to discuss my missing order.nI've tried to get the refund sorted online but its not refunding me everything that's missing.nTried ringing store but all I get it a robot.nNo idea how to contact the delivery driver.nThe shop had one of there partner drivers do the delivery.nLife is to expensive these days to have this sort of stuff happen so now I'm screwed for food and money for a few days until the shop responds in some way.
