I was craving delicious pineapple so I decided to go to Woolies. Boy was that a mistake! This company claims they have ‘fresh produce’ yet when I bought the pineapple I noticed it was white instead of yellow, I thought it was weird but I just went with it. When I opened the pineapple it had a disgusting scent and the taste was so off. Waste of $4.50!
I came through the check outs and was served by Adam who is absolutely wonderful. He’s incredibly kind and genuine and even lifted all my bags into my trolley without me asking. He was super friendly and had incredible manners and packed my bags perfectly. Good staff who go the extra mile and put their all into what they do deserve recognition and a raise! Thanks Adam!!!
The vegetables are never fresh. Purchased some capsicum and onions a couple days ago and they were completely rotten from inside. What a joke is this so called fresh food supermarket.
Love Woolies North Lakes, have always had wonderful staff interactions & outstanding customer service. But I do have to give a special mention to Sonya at Direct to Boot as she is outstanding at her job! She is such a pleasure to deal with, she understands our shopping & never lets the nappies get missed. She's a gem Thanks Sonya
Wonderful supermarket filled with all the things you need to live a great life. It was busy and I am not always a huge fan of supermarkets being deep in malls but they are. I wonder why they don't make it so their exit is out on the street. Perhaps because people wouldn't get to walk past all the shops on the way out. Anyhow, recommended.
