Staff are rude, shelves bare. “Fresh” fruit/Veggies looking disgusting/mushy and mouldy! Had to do a shop elsewhere for that! Have been to may overseas supermarkets with better produce and stocked up more
Called in looking for gluten-free burger buns before having friends over for a barbecue. I couldn't spot them at first because they'd been moved, and a staff member walked me straight to the new section. It saved me wandering around and everyone at lunch was catered for without any fuss.
I was shopping and I was unable to find something I was looking for, so I had asked for assistance from a lady named Neetu. She was very kind and caring, unlike the other Woolworths workers who are always cranky. She had assisted me with no complaints, truly showing me outstanding customer service. Thank you so much, Neetu!!
Wonderful supermarket filled with all the things you need to live a great life. It was busy and I am not always a huge fan of supermarkets being deep in malls but they are. I wonder why they don't make it so their exit is out on the street. Perhaps because people wouldn't get to walk past all the shops on the way out. Anyhow, recommended.
Josh who was at the self checkout on Saturday was so friendly and helpful I left feeling really really positive which was awesome as I had been having a bad day. Shout out to Josh for making people smile
