Some staff members were nice, but the customer service staff were unhelpful. I bought crackers that were already expired but still being sold, which could have caused a health issue if I had eaten them. When I informed the staff member, she didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. The tofu was also marked with the wrong price, and excuses were given immediately instead of checking. The trolleys were dirty and had some rubbish.
They do a great job considering the amount of people they service.nnUsually very clean.nSometimes has stocking issues again due to the high volume of consumers.nnThe upgrade of the self check out area really keeps the flow of everyone so wait times are never long.
Woolies Newstead is always well-organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer a wide selection of fresh veggies, fruits, and meats, which are always top quality. It's a great place to shop for all your grocery needs.
