No we stood there with frozen groceries on the belt for 20 MINUTES! While they looked at MULTIPLE PHOTOS of the ladies bloody grand children!!!! Are you for real management !!!! Do I get a refund on my food that defrosted because your worker took 20 minutes to scan a small trolley of groceries !!?? She even stopped to reach for her glasses to get a better look at the multiple photos of this ladies grandkids !!! The younger girl on the register behind her cleared TWO FULL TROLLEY LOADS before she even touched our groceries!! We wanted to pack our trolley again but unfortunately having a toddler due for a sleep and the side register being closed after the last trolley was finished !! register 1 5pm , CHECK THE CCTV AND MAKE SOME BLOODY CHANGES!!! Disgusted , won’t return!!!!
Ridiculously busy. Every register was at least two trolleys deep, and there were three registers shut. Very poor management of resources and an obvious busy peak
