No express checkout. Too bad if you only want half a dozen things, you have a long wait to get served. I don't work there so refuse to serve myself. I'm elderly and prefer to shop at Coles who have retained an express checkout. Woolworths don't give a damm about their customers, especially the elderly.
They don't answer the phone or put you on the deli which they know won't answer, all I want is a cooked chicken and they never have them in stocks. Crap service and cook more chickens if people in nambour eat them all
Shopping is pretty straightforward, but the camera security on self checkout makes me not want to shop here, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
They recently changed the layout and split sections up eg. dairy, and it doesn't quite make sense. Hard to find things but when you do, it's usually in stock. Heaps of self serve check outs. I've heard from some people that the hours aren't correct and they close earlier but haven't experienced this yet
Easy parking on same level as shop front clean toilets and great variety of retail outlets ...Woolworths itself was staffed by friendly people and is good selection of lines .
