Just want milk that tastes like real milk. Every few times it tastes off. Stop leaving the milk out to go warm before putting on shelves. Anyone else with that off tasting milk? That's what it is. Milk sitting in crates going warm and creates an off taste.
The ease of parking on this particular day was good for new years eve, but I found what I was looking for when your working on a budget while shopping. But the next time that I'm on holidays I'll make sure that I pre purchase the rewards gift cards so that I have a backup funds for food or fuel
Today was a big day of stocking shelves, lots of staff with lots of trolleys... Coming at you, look out! I gave way to many, one of which parked their trolley in front of me so I had to turn around. None of them make eye contact, none have manners and I'm sorry but what happened to customer service? Imagine treating those that pay you so poorly... If I did that I'd be out of a job. Please teach your staff manners and stop them from trying to run into customers like they are in the way. I felt like I was not welcome and I will not return. Coles nambour is good.
Last Saturday, while waiting to be served at the deli, there was one lady running all over the place, it looked like she was trying to complete an order while the the young lady was washing pots. The lady washing pots ignored the customers waiting and continued to wash pots for 10 minutes. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WOOLWORTHS?nI can see you have trained the staff to complete tasks but you have not trained them with customer service. Let's face it, you wouldn't have a business without customers so you would think they come first. Some staff don't smile, they're not welcoming and they ignore you. Hire me and I can teach your staff about customer service, respect, active listening, time management, organisation and problem-solving.
I would like to give my compliment to the staff - Caleb whom works at the deli as two days this Wednesday and Thursday were all serviced by him. He was so polite and patient to supplied his service.
