Last Saturday, while waiting to be served at the deli, there was one lady running all over the place, it looked like she was trying to complete an order while the the young lady was washing pots. The lady washing pots ignored the customers waiting and continued to wash pots for 10 minutes. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WOOLWORTHS?nI can see you have trained the staff to complete tasks but you have not trained them with customer service. Let's face it, you wouldn't have a business without customers so you would think they come first. Some staff don't smile, they're not welcoming and they ignore you. Hire me and I can teach your staff about customer service, respect, active listening, time management, organisation and problem-solving.
I would like to give my compliment to the staff - Caleb whom works at the deli as two days this Wednesday and Thursday were all serviced by him. He was so polite and patient to supplied his service.
Woolworth Nambour closed apparently due to an issue with the fire panel according to a cleaner outside when asked by someone who turned up to shop at Woolworths.. No notices on any of the doors, no staff outside to advise waiting customers either. There were at least 20 people besides me wanting to do their groceries.. 3 potential customers attempted to call the store however were constantly disconnected.. Incidents occur that are out of your control, the least you can do is put notices on your doors to advise your customers..nYOU NEED TO DO BETTER WOOLWORTHS NAMBOUR.. Very poor service
HORRRIBLE!!! Customer service at the front counter. I walked up there with a reasonable question “excuse me, do I have to pay for these?” And her response was “yeah” and turned back around to continue counting the money. I stand there for another five minutes. Waiting waiting and waiting while I watch her count the coins. All I wanted to buy was two newspapers. And she blatantly decided to ignore me. She finally turns around and says “ just these two” YEAH JUST THOSE TWO I ASKED YOU ABOUT FIVE MINUTES IF I COULD BUY THESE. she proceeds to put me through and it was $6 FOR TWO NEWSPAPERS. INFLATION RGIHT for a few pieces of paper I am absolutely shocked. What has this world come to. Woolies train your staff on how to be respectful to their elders. When I come back for my Monday newspaper she better have changed that god dam attitude. NAMBOUR BE BETTER!!!
Placed an online order all my frozen food was unaccounted for. Obtained a refund for some of my product and the rest was an online store credit. Minimum spend 50 online I believe. Coles has won me over
