I went I to Woolworths looking for these chocolate reindeers I could not find them I went to ask a staff member. He was super friendly and offered to look in the back he came back with an alternative and asked if I had looked in the Christmas food isle we went to look and he offered to double check in the back for me but thankfully I found them. Wonderful service super friendly staff and an overall great place
My worst shopping experience in a long time. The Chicken Kievs I purchased were so roughly packaged by the deli boy, they were squashed beyond recognition. One Kiev was squashed so badly I was unable to cook and eat it!
I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Glenn at the Woolworths deli for his fantastic service and kind attitude. He's always so friendly, helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of. It's a pleasure to be served by someone who clearly enjoys their work and brings such positive energy. Thank you, Glenn, for your great behaviour and excellent customer service!
Terrible shopping experience !!!nnThe self checkout machine wasn’t working when we checked out. We’d alr paid 14 by CASH and 15 by GIFT CARD. The staff told us that we could use another machine and they’ll give us money back later.nThen they just returned ALL money to our GIFT CARD and said they even give us MORE money back.nnThe fact is I only got 28 something from them.nnIt’s still alright for us to get credit that suppose to return cash. But In my opinion that could be like kind of scam even it’s few money.nnAs a customer that always shopping in woolies. It really make us disappointed.
Just attempted to do a grocery shop for a family of 5 but by 6.45pm there were no staffed check outs open at the Mt Gravatt store. Just don’t like being forced to use self check by a corporation that is already appears to be leveraging it’s duopoly power to exploit consumers- well done woollies will be going elsewhere.
