very rude bigw crew guy when i went into shoppong but he said we are closing, and with rude, order tongue, without any courtesy words. Manage should teach this guy how to be a good crew, i don't his name, but is a tall guy. His shift is at Aug 25 sun. Time is about 1700. Feel shame about this kind of crew because I am also working in service industry
I placed an online delivery order and they were out of my bread items and had refunded them, I called to see if they could put any sort of a similar item so I could at least make a sandwich or a roll as I am stuck at home recovering from Surgery and can’t drive to go to an different store. Emily from online orders went and tried to find the closest she could so I could at least make a roll. Thankyou, You went above and beyond to help me out!n**Also the delivery person even came and brought the bags in and put them on the bench for me as I’m in a sling which was so nice! **
Smaller Woolworths shop compared to most. But it's adequate for the area. Has almost all items that a bigger Woolworths store has but minus a few choices. Lovely staff, convenient location in a small shopping centre.
Like all other Woolworths stores, wide well lit aisles and your choice of self service check out or staff operated check out.
Shelves often bare when busy. Very slow checkouts and poorly staffed.
