I came to cashier to pay for one banana and one mandarin for my daughter and curiously asked the staff if there are free fruits for kids in this store as other stores always have, the guy stupidly lectured me: you are an adult you cannot simply take fruits off the shelf and i have to charge you for it. Given the fact that i did go to cashier to pay for fruits instead of walking off with them, i got very offended and told the guy i have my daughter here with me playing outside with my husband and i only asked if this store is doing the nice things like other stores if not i am right here to pay. Surely will never come back to this store when stupid staff are not trained well. At Foodland staff would offer my daughter some bananas when we are walking by even though they only have apples in the free fruits basket for kids.
What a rubbish Woolworths. The aisles are so long and narrow. Customers are forever colliding in the aisles. Difficult to find products.nStupidly, in such narrow aisles, there are always trolleys of restocking items.nA really bad cramped design.
very rude bigw crew guy when i went into shoppong but he said we are closing, and with rude, order tongue, without any courtesy words. Manage should teach this guy how to be a good crew, i don't his name, but is a tall guy. His shift is at Aug 25 sun. Time is about 1700. Feel shame about this kind of crew because I am also working in service industry
Great staff.Clean well stocked and I reiterate the staff are all a credit to themselves.
Shelves often bare when busy. Very slow checkouts and poorly staffed. Lots of boomers will full trolleys in the express lane - staff couldn't care less
