I visited here last week ago. Although the store is old, I felt really helped by the team named Gabriel I saw on his badge. He went out of his way to find my favourite Nexba Passionfruit soda drink. He attempted to convince me that the package had changed. I was sceptical at first, but he promised to guarantee it with his own cost not store’s if the soda I requested differed from what he had shown. Finally, he is correct that packaging has changed a long time ago. A very good customer service. Even he still smiling when I got emotional. Please notice my gratitude to him!
They seem to have a recurring issue with airconditioning failing on hot days, causing all the chocolate in the store to melt doubtless affects the freshness of everything else. They will still sell the chocolate once it's cooled down again. You can tell it has happened from the taste.
Melted chocolates falling off the shelves and a pile of beans on the floor, this woolworths is always a mess. There’s always piles of soaked toilet paper under the fridges because they are always leaking and broken which never get fixed, and the food is far too often days/weeks past its Use By date. This store is a massive health and safety issue
By far the worst Woolworths Metro in all of Sydney!nAs it is a small format metro store purporting itself as having express bakery and lunch items all of wich are mostly gone by 10 AM on perpetual basis with belligerent and indifferent staff to add to experience.nExceptionally poor!
I ordered 3 x 2l milk. They arrived but all had a use by date of today. Not impressed. We will not be able to consume 6l of milk in one day. So annoying and a waste of money :-
