I have shopped at this Woolworths Metro for many years and have always had positive experiences. Over the past 7–8 months, the level of service has become exceptional.nnSpecial thanks to Gavin and the other team leaders, the coffee team, and all staff for their professionalism, kindness, and consistently excellent customer service. It is always a pleasure shopping here.
While being convenient they are a bit unorganised. 90% of the time the rotisserie chickens are not available until well after 12 pm. For workers in the area this is a viable lunch option but if you choose this you’ll be eating at 2pm
Ever wanted to re-live those endless Covid stock shortages, or wonder what shopping was like during Romania’s communist era? Then Rozelle Woolies is for you. This could be the worst managed store in Sydney - and you still get fleeced at the self-checkout for the privilege.
Treating delivery drivers like shit. Strict actions should be taken. I never found the Woolworths staff like this anywhere else. Staff Name- Maria. Also her words: “Stay outside”. We are not DOGs.Training should be provided how to deal with customers and delivery drivers.
