Some staff at Woolies seem to think that they own Woolies give-aways and hoard them like their own gold. Today my husband went to ask for one special postie which we forgot to get yesterday. The woman staff member insisted on seeing a paper receipt when he has opted out of paper receipts for an eco friendly option. What is the point if they don't understand and how rude she was for one give-away that we earned according to the rules.
Ever wanted to re-live those endless Covid stock shortages, or wonder what shopping was like during Romania’s communist era? Then Rozelle Woolies is for you. This could be the worst managed store in Sydney - and you still get fleeced at the self-checkout for the privilege.
I have shopped at this Woolworths Metro for many years and have always had positive experiences. Over the past 7–8 months, the level of service has become exceptional.nnSpecial thanks to Gavin and the other team leaders, the coffee team, and all staff for their professionalism, kindness, and consistently excellent customer service. It is always a pleasure shopping here.
I had a wonderful experience at Rozelle thanks to Maria. She was very attentive, knowledgeable about the products for bread and made great recommendations. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommended
