Ever wanted to re-live those endless Covid stock shortages, or wonder what shopping was like during Romania’s communist era? Then Rozelle Woolies is for you. This could be the worst managed store in Sydney - and you still get fleeced at the self-checkout for the privilege.
Treating delivery drivers like shit. Strict actions should be taken. I never found the Woolworths staff like this anywhere else. Staff Name- Maria. Also her words: “Stay outside”. We are not DOGs.Training should be provided how to deal with customers and delivery drivers.
No manned human checkouts there is 1, limited stock, not even their weakly specials, and only just enough staff to apologise for the experience. Not worth walking in unless somebody will die if you don’t have milk.
Another renovation not thought out like Balmain & both Metros now ? Reno Not completed fully but already a maze & where are the staff & why are prices higher compared to Woolies elsewherenI wouldn’t bother with their sushi prefer to go to the many other options in rozelle or Balmain& support a localnWoolies Rozelle fresh produce not so fresh.
Has the essentials. Good for a quick shop rather than complete week etc.
