I enjoyed the environment. The sign about displaying of food can be easier and accessible.nnI paid cash with the auto pay machine. It has some errors, it took quite a long time 7 mins waiting to ask the manager to come.nnI felt uncomfortable staffs communicated their own language not English - speaking and shouting , while fixing the problem. Staff training to deal with problems can be better.
Absolutely love this Woolies. It is massive and has well laid out sections for everything. Despite being crowded the checkout is quite quick. Would love it if they had green chillies, coconuts and winter melons. Best part for Indians is that you get a lot of Indian groceries roo
Giving this place two stars. It baffles me that they always choose the busiest times of the day to stock the shelves. There are boxes and carts everywhere, making it nearly impossible to shop. Whatever happened to nightshift stocking? Especially when the store is open until midnight!
Please stop refilling stock at peak traffic times i.e 6pm. Your staff throw boxes all over the floor and constantly block the narrow aisles with their trollies. There’s a reason you used to have night fill and removing it to save a dollar is just one of the many examples of enshittification at Woolies.
Good location great staff great varietynDespite the shortage and strike this woollies still has some great people working there keeping it afloat! Some people working here even make you want to come here just for a chat and catching up! Please be nice to these people, especially when they are trying their best and are the only one serving at the court, they are just people!nnSpecial praise goes to Melanie at the Deli counter for always providing the best customer service and being genuinely very nice.
