It gets 5 stars for convenience but it loses 2 stars because of the product layout. Compared to other woolies we go to the location of stock in relation to like items made no sense. If you shop there all the time im sure you'd learn where everything is, but as visitors stuff is all over the place.
Good location great staff great varietynDespite the shortage and strike this woollies still has some great people working there keeping it afloat! Some people working here even make you want to come here just for a chat and catching up! Please be nice to these people, especially when they are trying their best and are the only one serving at the court, they are just people!nnSpecial praise goes to Melanie at the Deli counter for always providing the best customer service and being genuinely very nice.
Great for variety of products. However there are never boxes in the recycling box bin. Also customer service was a bit terrible today. When i asked the guy to remove a product he asked us whats wrong with it and when i said i dont want it, he smirked at me. I dont know what was all that about. Customer service is terrible.
Giving this place two stars. It baffles me that they always choose the busiest times of the day to stock the shelves. There are boxes and carts everywhere, making it nearly impossible to shop. Whatever happened to nightshift stocking? Especially when the store is open until midnight!
Shocking customer service! My checkout man spoke to another colleague the entire time I spent putting groceries on the conveyor till I left . loud & foreign languagenNot impressed !nIn addition I can never get everything g in my list anyways!nAnd this was all before there Price Gouging was exposed!!nShame on you!nGo Local folks!…IGA … support the little guy!nGive me IGA any day of the week!
