Lovely clean, well presented store when I visited.nMonday afternoon at 4.30 pmnAt the time of my visit, they did appear to have a good, well stocked range. I have visited previously and consistently found a lack of stock of various 'key' lines and staple homebrand products. Not on this day, however.
I ordered online groceries this morning Christmas Eve to be delivered and the doordash driver thought he wanted my groceries more than me and even sent the notification that it was delivered but it wasn't.nI was so upset and I rang the store and the online shopping people were amazing , instead of just giving me a refund they packed my groceries up again and they just got delivered..... thank you so much , I was in tears on the phone and you guys were so lovely
Have the wost Door Dash delivery drivers ever.nDon't follow delivery instructions.nWoolworths why ask for them.n1/2 The divers can't speak English let alone read it .nEvery week is a different experience.nOne good deliverynNext week no order delivered.nIam disabled that's why I get delivery every week.nSo NO! Mr Door Dash person I can't go and find my groceries myself.nAfter all Woolworth you do charge for the service. $15.nSo how about the Store Manager from Woolworths Meadowbrook takes some responsibility for there job and get this problem in there Store fixed.
Absolutely useless especially online ordering section of store. Regularly make online click and collect orders and regularly missing items even though in stock in store. Also have direct notes put in substituted sections and ignored. Tonight was the last straw when they could not supply bread rolls for my child's lunch although multiple packets marked down to reduce in store. Paid extra for express shop as well.
A great first experience in the Woolworths store. Helpful friendly team members
