Woolworths Maryborough store offers a great shopping experience. The store is well laid out, with enticing displays in the fruit/vegetable section, bakery, and deli. The shelves are well stocked and prices easily labeled to see usual and special prices. The aisles are nice and wide for ease of trolleys. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy with undercover areas and trolley bays to return your trolley. Country shopping with all the conveniences
I had a terrible experience at the self-serve checkout. I needed assistance, but Debb, the staff member monitoring the area, was too busy chatting with her co-workers to help. She clearly saw me waiting but chose to ignore me for over 5 minutes. When she finally came over, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Disgusting attitude—definitely not what you'd expect from customer service.
I would like to show appreciation for a couple of workers, Jeffery and Joel.nnJeffery is another worker whom I'd like to extend appreciation to. It's the simple thing that's made him stand out. Friendly and approachable nature, doesn't feel like just another worker. Had a bunch of stuff in one of the paper bags, bag breaks. Jeff Showed empathy, constructive help, got another bag, my fiancè and I didn't feel embarrassed at all because we had Jeffrey showing such good customer service but also just genuinely a good personality. Absolute legendnnJoel is a young worker, and a very personable person. His vibe makes you just feel more like someone he really knows rather than just a customer. He is quiet, however easy to talk to, always knows where everything is due to his experience and after I talk with the dude, I feel like it's just been a slightly better day
Why put more self serv regsiter in when government want more people to work why not open more maned regsiters sore realy old ladie go threw self serv she was having trouble but thsnk to the the woolies worker helping her today she deservs the the stars in hole it would be good for this town oepn more maned ones woukd give some people work in this town
The condition of the baby trolleys is disgusting I don't believe anyone would put their baby in one of these and the entryway is no better long accumulated grime that is never cleaned just gets a quick brush. These photo's were taken on 27/12/2022
