Woolworths are the best people to get great food, great items for my cat, everything you can get for a bathroom just about which is great and they are very good to all the people that come in to get food and, the people that run Woolworths are the most wonderful people as they can help you look and get the things that really want and need!!
I’ve been coming here for over a decade and have never written a review! Just wanted to say that I always find the staff friendly and efficient.. from the lady who deals with the delivery drive pick ups I often have to walk past and notice how efficient she is! to all the check-out staff and staff working the shelves and produce sections.. also the mostly ladies assisting at the self-check out.. so busy! But so helpful!nIt’s a busy job and I’m grateful for their work :
Shame on you management for rearranging the car space availability for disabled drivers. There are only 2 allocated disabled parking spaces now because Woolworths have increased and rearranged the click and collect spaces. M'vill has a huge aging population with many being faithful shoppers for decades and this is how you thank your aging/disabled shoppers? The 2 spots are always taken, very frustrating. Disregard for local community needs and just focused on maximum profits.
Absolutely badly welcomed by Kristy. She told me never to come again. I was shoping along with picking up uber eats and all i said to her i have been waiting for 15 minutes and she said its not 15 minutes and didnt want to let me go and she made me stay so she can finish what she wants to. I literally begged her just let me go i am getting late for my delivery. I have the recording by the way
It appears they have some serious problem with their meat/poultry section, there's probably something wrong with their meat processing/storage. I've been grocery shopping in this store for about a year, and I got various meat and chicken products that were well within the expiration period, and on several occasions, the meat clearly had a smell. I also had a couple of cases where I wasn't 100% sure, but I thought the meat had a smell, and I chucked it out just to be on the safe side. But I also had three occasions where it very clearly had a bad smell. After the first occasion I thought maybe it was some odd accident, but after the third time I thought they have a problem,nso I stopped buying meat from them.nGiving them 2 stars just because the store is a typical Wollies and the rest of their products are ok.
