Really frustrated with the service at the main registers.The old lady working there completely holds up the line by chatting and taking her sweet time.Its busy enough as it is!!!!! my elderly grandfather had to stand there for ages because she was just standing around talking instead of scanning. Its unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who cannot stand for long periods. bosses needs to look into this
This is a fairly new Woolworths at the forum and thank goodness as the old store was tired and worn. This is fresh and bright can see easily store aisles are wide and easy to manage. Great new sushi, deli, butcher's and bakery amazing bread selection. Product is more up to scratch. Prices are reasonable great savings Some staff members need a bit more customer service training but overall nice experience.
I would like to congratulate Woolworths Mandurah Forum … Not for prices … Not for selection of products which is good but for the fact that they listened to my request for seats in the supermarket so that elderly customers can take a moment to rest if needed … I have seen this in supermarkets in the Philippines and I am very impressed that the manager saw fit to listen and act on a customer’s request … Well done

Checkout was a nightmare lady cashier was really too old or needs manners school my husband 80 had to pack our grocerys.When he was not keeping up she just stopped scanning, put her hands around her stomach, and waited until she could proceed. No smile no help in packing nothing. I did over 200+ I said I cant see your name she smiled so I then said what is your name the reply was penny. If they cant handle the job get a job not dealing with people
