Awful customer service don't go to checkout 2. Older lady packed my bags and wanted to put 1kg mince on top of my eggs after she had already put a whole butter nut pumpkin and a kilo of onions on top of my mandarins and avocado.nWon't be going back and she then got angry when I asked her to take mince out and put in another bag.nToo busy chatting with the other staff and not concentrating on what she was doing. I certainly hope she doesn't train new employees.
Asked a staff at check out for a product’s price because of the discrepancies of online price and in store price. Didn’t get much explanation so I said I may just leave it, she just grabbed the items off my hand displeased and walked off.
2 checkouts the rest self-service big shop no variety
Great place for groceries and nice prices.
Living in a small town like this you don't have many options. Woolworths knows this and has jacked up prices here.nA butcher friend of mine came down and saw the prices on meat and was astonished. Apparently we're paying top $ prices for the lowest cuts. He's toying with the idea of bulk buying in Sydney, hiring a refrigerator truck and selling down here.nSome staff are nice, but there are more than few who aren't.nShelves are randomly empty constantly, and majority of customer service is non existent.
