Lack of product range and variety, especially so for a recently refurbished store. Staff are helpful enough considering their poor wages and working conditions. Management isn't particularity helpful, taking complaints as personal attacks.
Expensive, needs a good clean, older service people are rude and none customer focused, never enough registers open causing over crowding at front of store, car park dirty, trollies littering car park and surrounding streets.nnIf you can do yourself a favour and do your main shop at Cole’s Woodend and use Woolworths for small items you might need mid week.nnBWS is the best, wide selection, clean and a great customer service oriented staff
It's OK. The staff are very friendly but often I cannot find what I want because of the limited floorspace they have to work with. Sometimes I even shop online to get the items that I need from the warehouse.nGiven the population growth in the area, it's about time that they built another storey with escalators or built a new and larger facility.

Woolworths or Woolies - one of Australias oldest and most reliable super markets is well located off Kynetons main street i.e Mollison Very friendly helpful and supportive staff who guide you in case of any queries...Well worth a visit to Wool Worth...
