Just had a very unpleasant experience for me. The staff was unhappy that I used mushroom bag for my beans instead of the actual mushroom. I like my veggies in paper bag rather than plastic. Then when I was going to scan my everyday rewards which I could get points, she pulls me aside to check my bag. My bag was super full because I went shopping at TK Maxx and K-Mart previously and just chuck things in my bag. To the point where my husband finish scanning everything and paid them, I didn't make it to scan my everyday rewards.nI went to Woolies every week, wearing bag, never ever get checked by anyone, and never steal anything anyway. I'm going home in a very bad mood.
It's so disappointing knowing Woolworths profits from the destruction of Antarctica’s food chain by selling farmed salmon that is fed Antarctic krill and supplements made with krill oil. In selling farmed Tasmanian salmon they are also profiting from the destruction of the Tasmanian marine environment.nnI no longer buy or eat Tasmanian salmon or supplements made with krill oil and where possible I shop at businesses who are more environmentally and sustainably responsible with the products they sell.
Beautiful interaction with your staff member Sue today! She went above and beyond my expectations with hunting down two Woolworths gift cards for my MIL when there were none to be found in the usual locations. She was polite and professional, and even offered my little ones some Easter hats and colouring in. She is an asset to your business
The place is great. Despite being absolutely swamped, it never feels crowded, the flow of people feels very nice. The staff mostly ignore you but not in a rude sense, more that they have so many people's to manage that they pay attention to who *needs* help and who's fine lol.
My partner and I have been serviced by the lovely Hannah at the Kotara a few times over the holidays. Each time she is very friendly and the perfect amount of chat but not forced. A fabulous employee to have in the check-out area. Thank you!
