17/10/24 8am. $6.50 for organic aspargus that looks like it’s been sitting there for weeks. Absolute disgrace. Also it reeks in here, smells absolutely foul. And there are always trolleys strewn through the store as staff are restocking the shelves. Good luck getting through the isles with a pram, a disgusting shambles. The staff are also rude, especially dude with the headband.
The staff and management at Woolworths at kogarah are absolutely rude especially in the online area. I was waiting for 20 mins for a pick up order and I heard the two staff behind the movidor say make her wait referring to me.nI spoke to management at store and they said they have fantastic workers and dismissed me. This is not the first time. You can smell off produce when you walk up to the store and the aisles are filthy. Woolworths head office need to do an audit of staff and management of this store as a number of locals are boycotting due to rude staff and dirty store.
I have never been so disgusted of a Woolworths store in my life. Firstly the management don’t know customer service they agree with there staff when you ask to put a complaint in as have been waiting for service for 15 minutes while customers are waiting to be served for online orders.Then I am told I’m not a customer or prioty.I used to work at head office of Woolworths at norwest and will be taking this further as I’m so disgusted.Maybe its time to give people who have a better attitude and management experience a job and actually give customers respect instead of laughing at them and saying make her wait and we will show her me.You never know who your abusing and threatening to call the police on.I am a family of eight and will never shop at Woolworths again and will be telling all my friends and family the same.
I saw the staff drop some of the ice cream tubes and the lid comes off to the floor then the staff just put it back like nothing happened. Seriously, I was shocked and would never buy something from here because they don’t even care about the hygiene.
Yesterday I came into the store and bought a few things using the self checkout, I inserted notes in and they gave me a ripped 5 dollar note. When I tried to ask them for a new one, the helper with black hair started mumbling and all I could hear was “no proof”. Honestly, why would she think I’m trying to scam her it’s not even my money in the first place before the machine gave me a ripped note. This is unacceptable.
