This place is all good if you're purchasing a few items. But if you need a shopping trolley, it is a nightmare to return it.nnFirstly, Woolworths has coin locks for their trolleys, which is nothing unusual. But to return them, you need trolley bays that would fit their particular type of trolleys and there is NONE. Aldi has their own designated bay, but Woolies got none, checking around the two closest trolley return areas in the carpark.nnSo the only choice was to unload the stuff in the car, and then push the trolley back all the way back at Woolworths.
Found myself in safeway westfield knox and could not find a product so asked Josh who was stocking shelves.He directed me but i missed the correct area,Josh noticed that i had gone past the aisle.He kindly brought it to me.Thank You Josh I was impressed with your kindness towards me.nBlessings William
I am goth with tattos and house cleaner with a police check, doing self check out, literally to accused me of stealing as i want to reject shop and bought some gift bags for Christmas cheaper and they accused me of stealing form them they said to make sure I didn't leave anything shoppimg cart, want a law sue? and lose more money during this strike, do it again this isnt the fist time I will sue next time
Waste of time & does not honour discounted prices :nnStopped by at about 1pm on a Wednesday for some groceries. After scanning my items, it was evident that Woolworths was charging me full instead of discounted prices. Was told to get another Woolworths worker to scan my items, who then informed me that their system was delayed in updating the in-store price tags and that even though their online website was 'correctly' priced, and price turnaround would otherwise have already happened, they could not give me the discounted prices. What a waste of time.
Great layout. Wide aisles. Amazing staff.
