Purchased two pack eye fillet one piece delicious second piece disgusting with grissle and fat.  Purchased nectarine and plums after a week still not ripe took a bite of next nectarine it was hard as a rock and brownie in colour.  So so disappointed with purchases.  You advertise as Fresh.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your store. During my visit, I inquired politely about the availability of new stock, as several items on my list were unavailable. However, a young employee named Elisha responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, suggesting that I find another store.nWhile I understand that stock shortages are affecting many retailers, I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at this location fell well below those expectations. This interaction has left me deeply dissatisfied, and as a result, I will not be returning to this store.nI would appreciate guidance on the appropriate contact for escalating this matter, as I believe it is important that customer service concerns are taken seriously. Additionally, I would like to understand how this complaint will be addressed.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an unpleasant experience I had with an employee named Madyson, who I believe has a twin working at the same location. During my visit to the self-checkout area, I observed her engaging in the inappropriate act of picking her nose. When I addressed her behavior, she appeared unfazed by my comment. It is imperative that this employee receives proper training on hygiene practices, as her personal odor was also quite concerning. I sincerely hope she maintains appropriate hygiene standards before interacting with customers.

Woolworths have commented on TV how their paper bags are faulty with the handles falling off. I packed a bag with 2l milk a steak 3 piece of corn a pack of muffins and 3 small apples. Yet the handle fell off as soon as I picked up the bag.  Why are Woolworths still charging the normal price for a known faulty product.

Every time I go in I am confronted by empty shelves.  I end up having to go else where to complete my shop.  It is so disappointing.  Staff also need lessons in how to pack bags.  If I can go to the effort to put all my cold stuff together on the checkout belt for ease of packing,  surely its not too much to ask that they can go to the effort to put cold stuff in the cold bag and not put tissues in with damp and cold products.
