Lovely service. A breath of fresh air compared to EVERY OTHER SUPERMARKET IN MELBOURNE! I purposely travel out of my way just to receive this million dollar service. Unparalleled.

Great dried goods, spices, deli and produce at great prices. This store is in my top five.
Friendly Staff and always a good flow at checkouts. Handmade sushi/sashimi bar inside is predominately always fresh and a great idea however their pricing could be lower/more competitive in my opinion. Bottle shop has an excellent range and is well priced
Rude staff and no training in egift cards. Whereas Coles were polite and courteous. Coles assisted me through the very easy transactions.
Good variety overall and great customer service
Staff are helpful but the hand sanitisers for customers were all empty as well as the wipes as I always want to wipe my basket as well as the touch screen. I wonder then if they do sanitise the baskets.
