Easy access from Newmarket station. Got enough parking around. Staff is very friendly and nice. For some reason it doesn't feel clean. Inside woolies is good. But the complex it self is not feeling clean. I'd still be going there as it's convenient after getting off from Newmarket station.
Great customer service! I informed customer services, the stock on the shelf was empty. The staff responded immediately and tried their best to look into their warehouse. The item was at the bottom and they did their best to recover it. Thankyou !
Staff are amazing! Great Customer service experience. Coming all the way from Sydney, needed to buy train cards however most of the shops selling mymiki cards were closed. The staff named Taylor went above and beyond to accompany me to the train station machines close-by. He assisted me on how to operate the machines and even waited until the card was dispensed. Kudos to the Woolworths Newmarket Plaza team!
Not very well stocked with items, lots of shady characters loitering around the outside carpark, I suppose that's why there is a presence of security guards outside. Being close to Newmarket station and Flemington, that's the crowd who hang around on a Friday night. Before any says why was I there, I was driving pass, my friend and I needed to buy essentials so thought we might save time by going in there.
My 'go to' supermarket. Easy free parking and good prices. It is never crowded, which is a huge plus. It is a slghtly smaller Woolworths so sometimes doesn't have everything I need. Highly recommended though for that nice neighbourhood feel.
Lovely place good shop's and good people. Like this place for just short talk and sit on coffee shop there plus good variety of goods in Chinese shop's there ..tats and lotto with many things to find inside for purchase
Ideally Located at Newmarket Plaza, Woolworth offers a broad variety of Groceries , fresh produce, appliances, Laundry, Car , etc, etc. Lots of parking available, wheel chair accessible and public transport right at its doorsteps.
Good variety of products and usually quite helpful and appears clean. Often during busy times the staff appear rushed off their feet and there does not appear to be enough staff to cover things. When it comes to online orders collection peak times it can sometimes be a delay due to not enough staff. They tend to be apologetic but still they could do with more staffing.
Worst woolworths store in Melbourne They don't know how to speak to the customers especially the asian employees.. They don't even provide trolley to the delivery guys
Excellent supermarket with a great, respectful,young team,led by a highly sufficient management.
