I will no longer be purchasing my groceries from Woolworths. I live across the road from this Woolworths and frequent the store almost everyday for the past year. Twice in the past week I was profiled and wrongly accused of stealing. The first was at the self checkout when the employee hovered over me while I checked out after I asked her to correct the machine. She even went so far as to pull the bag of grapes I had scanned out of my bag and made me rescan it. The second incident happened when I went to the ordinary checkout wanting to avoid the situation again. I went with my REUSABLE Woolworths branded in hand, a bag that I purchased 2 days ago and was asked repeatedly if I am sure it was my own bag. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the workers.
Love living right next to here, would be 5 stars but some random worker accused me of shoplifting and embarrassed me at checkout, going through my bag and pockets. Just to find nothing. But oh well prices are solid
Seriously they make me cry like I waited for more then 40 mins for online order and they don’t even care staff is not friendly seems like they are doing job just for time pass im talking about just staff which deals with online ordersnThey think that uber drivers are animals not human beings
This Woolworths in Northbridge Plaza is better than other Woolworths. The look and feel is very good, it is much larger in area and cleaner.
Only buy fruit and veg loss leaders, tamarillos, hillview cheese, bagels, woolies yoghurt, lamb mince, bread, rolls and milk. Been tricked by the fruit and veg selection at the self service checkout at woolies, paid too much for an organic or specially fruit and veg item because it is more prominent on the menu than the cheaper equivalent that I have bagged. Some of the staff are nice and helpful.
