I will never give Woolworth s a good score they do not deserve it, they never go out of there way to help anyone it's all about the money for the shareholders. Besides this woolworths always runs out of bread it's so frustrating
Absolutely dreadful, here we are Sunday grocery shopping probably the busiest time of the week. 2 x checkouts open, 8 x trolleys lined up.... run by a bunch of kids, no co ordination, customers were so angry they left and abandoned shopping carts. Eventually when they realise the open up the registers, let the newcomers jump the line and don't ask the people who have been waiting patiently to go first. Poor form, poor organisation. Needs new management and customer service. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting is all I can say! -5 stars
Today 27/10 /24, I was in Woolies about 1pm. Only two manned registers open, both had long queues as did express checkouts. I had too many items to do self serve checkout. I asked the girl standing not doing anything at the self serve checkouts if other registers could be opened as the two were clearly insufficient.nnI was told I would have to ask at the service desk for another register to be opened. As a long term customer and share holder of Woolies I am sick of the lack of service and registers which are never open open in this store.nnClearly management doesn't care about customers. Unused registers should at least be converted to self service registers like Coles.nnI was so annoyed and frustrated I left my trolley of groceries in the store and walked out.nI will be taking my business to Coles in future. The manager of this store should be ashamed how this store is run.
I do Click and Collect and specifically ask for certain issues of my favourite magazines. Most of the time I haven’t be given the issues I asked for. I am never shopping at Woolworths again. I’m done.
Big line up for Christmas seafood this morning but they had the A team on and the queue moved quickly, free chocolates being given out kept everybody happy and in the Christmas spirit too. Well done to the team on today, you did a great job
