This store is one of the better and bigger ones. The layout is different from the usual in the suburbs but I do think this has a good roomy layout. They have good stock and a variety of brands unlike some other Woolworths store who only stock limited brands. There are items I can purchase here that are no longer available elsewhere.nThere is ample car parking under cover which is limited to 2 hours and plenty unlimited parking surrounding.
It's a good woolworths, it has a lot of items. They have free fruits for anyone, apples, bananas while you go shopping. They sell almost every single vegetable needed for cooking, they have meats, cakes, milk, icecreams, giftcards, name it all. It's relatively clean, the staff are alright, not very chatty but this woolworths is a great one for being local and around houses. Recommended.
The staff serving customers at the checkpoint named Shivani on 26.07.2024 at approximately 08:15 pm. She exhibited poor customer service. Her attitude and manner of serving were unacceptable and unprofessional. She did not assist in placing any single items in the bag. I am curious about when Woolworths adopted Aldi's business practices.
Probably my last visit to Woolworths Mawson Lakes. They don't care about customer service. Only 2 checkouts had operators, with long waits to be served. There are 12 self serve stations. There is NO, NO - 12 items are less, checkout. These people are no longer providing service to customers who don't want to use self checkouts. It won't belong before there are no staff to assist customers...
Worst customer service ever seen. Mainly the non Australian blokes are very rude. They made me walk away with empty hands.
