Please please please, clean your fridges l, especially at the meat section. It's putrid, with all the disgusting mouldy meat juices that have been sitting there for months and months. How can you let it get this bad? Absolutely shame on you !
This supermarket uses ‘bait advertising’ where Woolworths catalogue advertised goods ie Vanilla Bulla ice cream today, Wednesday, 1st day of weekly special not available, coffee etc on many other occasions. Afternoon product availability should be reviewed to provide reasonable supply for working class customers missing out and wasting time.
Big shout out to Debbie in Bakery. There was no bread left when me and my family walked past. Thinking we had missed out, we were surprised when Debbie greeted us on the other side of the store with two fresh loafs. Awesome customer service that deserves to be recognised. Thanks Debbie.
Woolworths Morningside 12pm. I just wanted to give feedback on the awful experience we had with the blonde older worker at self checkout this afternoon. We waited in line with our baskets of items which included 2 bags for life we had taken in with us prior to our shop. They were underneath all of our goods. As we were packing our shopping she marched over to ask us if we had paid for the bags. We replied yes obviously as they were battered and used. She then went to the checkout next to us where a teenager had a black backpack on and she told him to open his bag loudly and embarrassingly to reveal a basketball. He quickly left looking ashamed. I've never seen someone on such a power trip who makes customers feel like criminals when they are just shopping at their local Woolworths. You have amazing staff we see every day who assist and acknowledge their returning customers, not berate and dehumanise them. She should stay in the back
I've been shopping at Woolworths for a long time. Since moving to Morningside in 2024, I started frequenting this store more often, and unfortunately, it's probably one of the worst Woolworths locations I've ever shopped at. The store is always limited in products, if not outright out of stock, and the number of counters is almost never enough to handle the demand of all the customers. In the end, I always have to go to another supermarket to buy what I couldn't find here.
