Checkout is very slow here. There's a few self checkouts but only ever one manned checkout open out of 4. If you,re in a bit of a hurry or have a big shop? Go next door to Aldi. They open manned  checkouts on the run and it,s cheaper.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the collection areas. I have been waiting for an extended period for my order to be ready for collection. I checked my apps and they stated that it has already been collected. I approached staff member Lee, who informed me that she could not locate my name. I explained the purpose of my order and that my apps indicated it had already been collected. I was disappointed and requested to speak with her manager. Upon investigation, the manager discovered that my order was missing and required reprocessing. I do not understand why my orders were missing. They need to improve this kind of issue because it is very frustrating and also staff let me wait that long just to realise my orders were missing.

Older lady in the self checkout area only checks the bags of young people. Never even had my bag checked at a Safeway before. Not the friendliest people.

Where have the scales gone in fruit and veg? I could not weigh my mushrooms, it did not make me a fun guy. Please bring back the weighing scales for loyal customers.nUpdate: 23/10/23 the new fancy scales have arrived. The scales are working well.

Quite basic always run out of bread.has improved since the upgrade not too long ago
