It’s hard to get hold of staff especially right now as the renovations are happening and everything is being moved. They are very helpful when available! Parking for disabled is dreadful. The front of the store is for parcel pickup so disabled have to park further away. It is accentuated by a sloping car park so it is hard to control the trolleys. The store has an amazing selection of goods!!!

Always pleasurable experience.  Rarely do I have to wait for the cashier. Always Australia fruit and veges. Great people and service.

My husband bought a loaf of bread from there today at roughly 5.30pm once he got home I noticed that the bread was mouldy so we straight back down. The poor guy at the service desk did not know what to do. He told my husband to get another loaf and we would get a refund. Unfortunately he didn’t know how to do the refund, he called for a supervisor by the name of Vanessa who after 15 mins didn’t even show up. After waiting for nearly 1/2 an hour all up we just walked out. This really is not good customer service

Click and collect shopper and never had a problem, and if so, sorted out online in 5 mins

It is easy to move around if you want to do a quick run.
