Appalling customer service! I have been trying for over a year to get their Customer Service to resolve an issue with their partner Uber drivers where the Uber app is 2kms out and the drivers getting lost. I have asked them to ask Uber to add a pin to the GPS so it shows correctly. I know it can be done because I recently updated Google Maps but this Customer Service seem unable or, worse, unwilling to push the request. In the mean time, I regularly calls from panicked drivers wanting to know where I am and that is despite me adding additional delivery instructions to ignore the Uber app and use Google Maps instead. However, the drivers only see those instructions when they scroll well down on the delivery order. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Woolworths at Kempsey needs a new manager. The stock in the bakery is disgusting. The pavlovas were off but dropped in price to sell. When I approached management nobody really cared. When I asked could I have 4 mini pavlovas made fresh I was told no. Never will we shop there again. How shocking is this outcome
I hv just been shopping at W/WORTHS Officer South Arena shopping Centre and a lovely lady by the name of Liz went over and above in helping me find the product l was looking for in the detergent isle. I do not usually make compliments but this lady deserves a thank you.
RBA just announced cash rate staying at 4.35% for the next 6-12 months. Take some responsibility: Woolworths soft wraps was $2, now $2.40. Only 40 cents. But that is a 20% rise. No wonder CPI is not going down. Thank you for your care.
The total lack of professionalism, integrity and honest protocol in the investigation of a glass like foreign object retrieved from an onsite bakery item.nnMy experience as a loyal customer with this grocery giant has been nothing shy of disgraceful.nnThe lackadaisical mismanagement of the management group I had the misfortune of interacting with, I have only received their incompetence and total lack of accountability and resolution.nnThank you Woolworths for living up to your slogan of being the fresh food people.nnNo industry is totally exempt from incidents, but when they do present a set protocol is followed for thorough investigation and analysis.nnThe desired end point being resolution and customer satisfaction. This has not occurred and with the service I have received unlikely to happen and all trust broken.nnPuts a new spin on the phrase “Leaves a bad taste in your mouth”, except this is glass not a taste. No laughing matter.nnThank you for not honouring your verbally stated line of enquiry and protocol. In fact after one single telephone call and failed experiment to dissolve the foreign object in vinegar set time frame of 15min, then 30min then 45min, you closed the case after stating that you would provide further assistance and testing.nnI will have the foreign object analysed, as a scientist and ex police officer seek an explanation and resolution.nnYou have failed to achieve the above and ensure public food safety. You really should not hold the position that you do demonstrating all integrity, professionalism and accountability for Woolworths.nnWhat do you get paid for exactly, the last time I engaged with a male member of staff and being frustrated by his rhetoric, I sought independent counsel from a solicitor and have never heard back from him or any other Woolworths member.nnYou ought to be ashamed and resign immediately from your position.
