Ive done an online order the other day and asked for a direct to boot pick at Gordon.nIt was the most pleasant experience. Lili was so helpful, she offered to help to bring my shopping to my car and put them in the boot. I had an item that was damaged. She kindly offered to go upstairs to get me an other one. It was so helpful and her amazing customer service made my day. Thank you so much.

Good range of products but staff is very dishonest. Today I did buy the Lebanese with price tag $6.90. At the checkout, it was charged at $7.90. I asked them and no one wants help. When I went back to vege area asking staff. The staff checked and asked me to go to Customer Service to refund. However customer service went there to check, the price tag has been changed to $7.90. Both myself and my son had verified before we talked to them but they just denied this. Ridiculous staff and shop. Dishonest shop!!!

The milk section sucks.nThey are nearly always out of soy milk.nOr just a couple of bottles left, so you cannot even buy 3 or 4. There are plenty of other stuff but not soy milk.nClueless about their stock.

My go-to grocery store. Good quality products and great weekly specials. Friendly staff.  Be on the lookout for a man named Rhys. A very happy man willing to serve anyone!

Place a direct to boot order for pick up at 12.00 noon. Got a txt saying that they are running late and they will notify me when the order is ready for collection. After 5 hours I called to enquiry about it and got told the order has been cancelled by head office. No re-found so far. So I have no groceries and no money to buy from somewhere else.  my order is gone and no message about my money.
