Is this a woolworths or Indian Nepalese super market? Bunch of Rude Indian workers. The customer service by these rude indian workers is unacceptable in Australian culture . The OZ guys are so nice and helpful .  Why we don't have more migrants from Europe instead of China and India?

Poor Customer Service.  Went through service ice checkout near service  counter on Tuesday the 5/6.  Two staff, one on register and one a service counter talk the whole time about staff issues and other whilst serving me.  No acknowledgement that I am there to be served, checkout quiet, no one behind or infront on me. It is good service to stop your conversation whilst serving customer and resume after instead of treating the customer which you are employed to serve as an annoyance in your day.

Management should be proud as they have the most dedicated staff working at this Woolies!! The two gentlemen Agbar and Bilin sorry if I got your names wrong working Feb 25 should really get a pay rise for going above and beyond helping customers. It was about their closing time, on a Sunday night, and the staff were apparently busy restocking but still they managed to exchange an item my partner mistakenly bought a few days before. I hope the management actually read the reviews and encourage your staff so they know they’re appreciated for their dedication and keep up this level of service

Clean store, well presented, friendly staff. Recently they have improved so am giving five stars to encourage them.

Having a Wollies around has been a blessing for me. The shop is big and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful.
