Had a wonderful experience at this store today... I made management aware of a rewards card offer regarding the purchase of lamb loin chops... The male staff member approached management about the issue and the staff member came back to me with a free 6 pack of lamb loin chops.i was not expecting that to happen..nThank you Woolworths Glenelg for your fantastic service.
Small gestures that make going grocery shopping in 38° weather a bit more tolerable :
Being my local - I just want to apologise to both the self serve attendant & also the checkout staff at the cigarette counter for around two hours ago. You did a great job explaining everything about my question and I'm so sorry for the confusion and not saying thanks due to embarrassment. Nothing quite like a saturday morning blend of Iron Overload and mild Autism to make my brain briefly not work properly.nnRegardless, it's safe to say I'll most likely be an old man riding a gopher before the day comes I change stores. Thanks again.
Great store for all your groceries. Shame that the butcher is gone. Don't like all the plastic wrapped meats.
It's a huge store, there is plenty of room, plenty of real workers, as far as I could tell there was little to no self serve, they seem to have a decent variety not that I've done major shops there and the big one is that the deli, bakery and produce section always smell amazing. Before I'm even in the store my whole mood gets better from the wonderful and delightful smells that waft out into the rest of the centre
