Always so welcoming and caring for the community. On one of the hottest days they had free water out to make sure people were hydrated. At Christmas time they gave my partner a hamper and today they gave me some flowers for free. They definitely care about their staff and their customers and it's a very refreshing experience.
Lots of parking. As expected, plenty of fresh food and shelves were stocked. Clean store. Staff were friendly.nIt’s not as big and bright as the Coles in the area but for a Woolies, it’s not a bad one.nA lot of bad reviews. Seems like they have listened and improved. I’ll be back again. Cheers.
I have just visited the store & had a concerning experience with an employee working in the delicatessen section. Firstly she handled the produce that I ordered, at times, with bare hands. After I remonstrated with her, she at first denied it, she then discarded the meat & weighed some more for me, taking care not to touch the meat with her hands. She told me that no one in the Deli section wears gloves. Is this correct?I also noticed later when home, that she had incorrectly billed me for another item which incidently I didn't receive. I did in fact receive what I requested, but she billed me incorrectly. Usually the staff in the Deli & store are great & I certainly don't have any complaints about them. But in terms of Health & Safety it's very important that food is handled correctly.
What is it about Woolworths that the managers keep them looking untidy and downmarket. It’s rarely a great experience from stocking shelves during the day cluttering the aisles with big stackers operated by staff that think they are more important than the customers to just an air of ‘stack’ anything anywhere. Even the range of goods literally is different store to store so your ability to buy things you bought elsewhere never exists. This doesn’t happen overseas.
Clean and easy to move around. Shelves well stocked and quick service.
