Disgraceful service lost my order rang his supervisor went away came back with some of order missing all my meat eggs cheese milk etc does not even check it of to see its all there he rang supervisor said she would ring me have had no phone call back the system does not work I am really pissed off now I have to run around after use bad service
This store appears much smaller and older than the Seacrest one and doesn't have the range either being smaller. The centre it's in has 4 Disabled parking bays out the front but they're usually full and have to cover the entire shopping centre and is a very long hobble into Woolies. :
I am a everyday customer, and I've never in my 40 years of living EVER been treated like this by an EMPLOYEE, i came in this afternoon to a women named JANET ! EXTREMELY RUDE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. safe to say i will never be coming back to Geraldton Woolworths again until action is taken.
Much better and less busier than Coles. Would much prefer to shop here.
