Been with the Credit Union almost a life time. Always been friendly and found the best rates that suit my needs. From any loans, car & home insurance, through to all my banking needs and much more.

I have been a member for nearly 10 years, always had fantastic service from the staff. They are happy to go out of their way to help you out.

Products are extremely competitive with the big 4 banks, and more personalised service.

Providing savings products / loan products / insurance and financial services. Why would you become a nobody customer at a bank, when you can become a somebody at WECU.

I had been a W.E.C.U member for many years. 10 and more years ago it was a very friendly Credit Union, the staff were efficient,  and because of being a  Credit Union (looked after members)  my accounts had no fees  I was very very happy there.

Then about 2 years ago they changed policies and started charging fees.  It is now nothing like a Credit Union any more but more like a Bank.

Interest rates for Fixed Term Deposits are no longer competitive. Fortunately the staff are still friendly and very efficient.

I have since left WECU and went to an establishment that charges none of the fees that WECU charge. It is the same as WECU used to be.

It's very disappointing that after so many tears of membership I had to leave.
