New direct to boot parking signs, you can't miss it. Click and collect much easier. Hopefully with the big green signs people won't use the area for parking anymore. The staff who bring the groceries out are amazing, one lady super friendly and checking on everyone. They always come promptly. New parking signs and space allows you to reverse in and have room to load up and easily return your basket trolley along the back undercover. Nice big roof cover. Staff do their best to substitute items, don't always get all my items in stock.
ABSOLUTELY ROPABLE!! PAST 3 WKS WW'S HAVE SENT MY GROCERIES VIA DIRTY UNKEPT UBER DRIVERS OR DOOR DASH IN FILTHY SML SEDAN CARS WITH MY EXPENSIVE GROCERIES IN THEIR FILTHY BOOT! BROKEN EGGS, MELTED FROZEN FOOD, JAMMED IN. THEY HAVE NO TROLLEYS SO PAST FEW WKS, DESPITE ME HAVING HAD 5 MAJOR SPINAL SURGS, 2 HIP SURGS, HEART STENT & EXPLORATORY BREAST CANCER SURG, I'VE HAD TO CARRY HALF MY HEAVY GROCERIES TO THE LIFT, THEN ALONG LONG CORRIDOR TO MY UNIT DOOR & THEN UP ONTO KITCHEN BENCH! ALSO DRIVERS NOT READING DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO BUZZ MY UNIT FROM GLASS SECURITY FRONT DOOR OF BLDG! WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR!!??? IM DONE!!!
Regular shopper at this store . It’s getting worse and worse. Today the lady on the register was extremely rude. She was throwing my groceries around. She did not smile once and had a sour look on her face the whole time. Much better service at Aldi and Cole’s, at least the staff are friendly.
My 80 year of partially deaf Mother and I visited this store on a Sunday. The young fellow working the cash register, Brandon was just delightful. He spoke and engaged with my Mother & It made our day. We both walked out of the store saying what a nice kid. Keep up the great work, I always find visiting this store delightful. The staff are always great.
Would be good if they could keep stock up on selves especially their specials. And stop taking away popular products that you like to buy regularly, so it makes you have to buy more expensive brands.nOn a good note staff are always so lovely.
