The range of products are limited, when I compare what's available to back in South Africa. By comparison, Woolworths in SA is a luxury food store.But a commentary on the staff, especially since at the Eastwood of branch, so efficient, gracious and kind, and go above what is called for, to assist. Now that's premium for customer care.
There was a lady with mask! She told me that she feels unwell! I don't want to get sick because I did a grocery shopping and served by her:! I told her she shouldn't come to work and she did not like it
This supermarket needs to be preserved as an archeological artefact. A museum piece. Never been upgraded since CPT Cook's arrival.nThe entire store needs to be shipped to the national museum in Canberra as a nostalgic historical memento.
The worst Woolworths I have been to. Requires serious upgrades to catch up with other Woolies. No self check out, no scan and go, only 3 out of 10 manual checkouts opened on a busy weekend morning. Long lines of customers waiting. Overall it is outdated and looks disorganised. And for customers who didnt buy anything needs to get out, theres very narrow way they have to squeez through next to a line of customers queuing by 1-3 counters.
