I had a great experience at Woolworths on 26 July at around 10:58 AM. I believe the staff member's name was Jay. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional while helping me with my payment. He took the time to listen carefully to my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was sorted out. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Thank you, Jay, for your outstanding service!
There is one staff named Tony. My partner and I went shopping and we bought a lot of items spent around $157 in total. When my partner was still processing scan the items. I noticed we forgot 1 item and I went back to get 1 item.nnThe guy named Tony chased me keep saying we closed. I understand and asked him the 1 item I was looking. Instead of helping, he keeps saying we closed and I found it 2 boxes full on shelf. Is that how Woolworths train their staffs?
This might be one of the oldest Woolies stores in Sydney. Need a good face lift of the appearance to remain competitive.
New Bakery stores here. Smells so nice, quite expensive too.
Went to buy 20times rewards points gift cards, but something is wrong with the card, the customer service staff Lily helped me to find the correct one, she is very patient and kind, very good experience!
