This a very good store with only one thing i have seen that they meed to addressn. They jave 5 card only self serve checkouts and just one other that takes cash as well. Every time i go there people have to line up to use it. There are 2 counters that staff operate but often noone there. I think another cash self serve would be a good idea
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Woolworths metro store.nnAccording to the app, the product I needed was shown as in stock. However, after arriving at the store, I spent a long time searching for it and was unable to find it. When I asked the staff, I was told that the product was not available at all. One staff member even mentioned that “the app sometimes has this issue”, which is completely unbelievable.nnBecause of this inaccurate stock information, I had to travel to another supermarket much farther away to purchase the item. This disrupted all my subsequent plans and caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time.nnI would like to ask: is this really the level of service quality expected from a so-called “premium” Woolworths store? How can such a basic and avoidable error occur?nnThe more frustrating is that the in-store product quality does not appear to be noticeably better than other standard Woolworths stores, yet the prices are clearly higher. This gap between price and actual value is deeply disappointing.nnOverall, this experience was both frustrating and unsatisfactory. I will not be choosing this store as my first option in the future.
Woolworths metro is convenient and has a great range. The staff member ‘Kier’ there is absolutely amazing. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to help. Couldn’t rate his customer service more highly and he should be promoted if he’s not already. Staff like that are worth their weight in gold.
I have been to many Woolies. This one is small but has a great variety. I would also like to point out a young man named Keir or Kier who went above and beyond to help me lovely service. I'll be back for sure.
Question for management, why offer the cafe then put staff on the service desk that clearly don’t want to make coffee busy themselves in the self serve area for many minutes whilst customers wait to order coffee. Again clearly waiting for fed up customers to leave.
