To the staff member who was doing the trolley run around 7pm, I would like to say how to treated another staff member inside the store was downright inappropriate and rude.nTalking to customers is part of customer service, which makes the customers day.nYou want to blame someone for making you go back in and actually serve a customer, than don't blame the staff member who was doing her job wonderfully, blame the big bosses for cutting down staff so they earn more dollars in their pockets. If you were having a bad day, than learn to keep that smile on your face, as you are the face of woolworths and don't mistreat another staff member, especially in front of customer's.
Bought a 24 pack of Anzac biscuits on Friday night only just realised today the wrong label is on them and we got a $1.50 discount nThe label on them is shortbread fingers 12 pack, we got Anzac biscuits 24 pack
Always so bloody cold in there. Most staff are friendly.
