Shopping was good, just doing my regular shopping and I get to the self serve and then it says I need assistance so here I am standing there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come. Then then young lady comes over after she’d been chatting with one of her co-workers then comes over looking like I’d just ruined one of the best conversations in her life. I apologise and she doesn’t say anything and just walk away. Doesn’t hurt to put a smile on your face
Probably some of the worst staff I have ever seen. The blonde woman with the curly hair just giving everyone dirty looks and talking and whispering and staring at customers with the girl that was on tonight at checkout . Horrible service . They were even sitting down giving each other back rubs. Around 8:30 pm 28/9/25
I often find the fruit and veg section understocked. Also, the staff just are not friendly, apart from 1 or 2 of the men. The self serve checkout staff don't even bother speaking to you. It's good that it's close to home.
I go to this store for my weekly shopping but today I was a bit shocked by what happen at the Deli. The girls where packing fresh cooked chicken and 1 of the box fell on the floor.nShe picked it up and placed it on the counter for the other lady to put it in the warm hold bay.nWhen I commented that she could not sell that she said the seal is not damaged. The box was damaged at the lid and the box was upside down on the floor.nShe got a bit annoyed when I pointed that out.nWill not buy any fresh cooked chicken with them or at least check the box if its not damaged.
The lovely girl from the deli section I think her name was kenzie, I was asking for suggestions and she did an amazing job to help menDefinitely will be back! Great stuff :
