Consistently has special stickers on items that expired a few days ago and were not removed. Particularly the chicken skewer cabinet. I frequently have to call them out at checkout on incorrectly priced items.nnConsistently has short dated meat on display without any kind of sticker. Just tossed out $20 of chicken because I had picked up one pack that was dated 6 Sept and accidentally replaced it with one right beside it that expired August 31. I purchased in the afternoon of August 30.nnDo better. In the meantime, I’ll be going back across the road for the next 6 months.
Pretty standard Woolworths, but with way more staff than customers! They're constantly restocking and moving around, often blocking shelves or aisles. They’re not rude, but definitely not friendly either, just very focused on what they’re doing and not too aware of the shoppers around them!
I would like to complain about the deli staff being rude and not complying. They are grumpy and disrespectful. Clearly hate there jobs. But the one lady is very lovely and helpful. I am mainly talking about the males.
One of the worst woolies in the redlands! Pantry moths flying around, shelves often empty... rude staff & the big looking male manger is always walking around grumpy and rude, clearly hates his job!!!nHorrible automorphism!nEven the self serve registers beep volume as you scan is up MAX level! So overwhelming!!
Would have to be the worst store in the Redlands for online orders/milkrun. EVERY time we place an order, which is usually 3 to 5 times a week, they go against thier own policy and substitute products with a product anywhere between 50% and 75% of the quantity.nEG: 25 pack of anzac biscuits substituted with 5 pack of biscuits; 6 pack of fresh filled cream jam donuts substituted with a 2 pack of long john donuts. Multiple calls made to this store to advise management and they promise to speak with the online pickers because it's not how the substitutions work. They're still doing the wrong thing, sure you can get a refund but you don't have the quantity.
