The other week 2 front end staff helped me. I was unwell and they ensured I was able to wait safely for a cab while I was on the ground outside plaza.nVery grateful for the help, kindnest and care.
Love this shop.... But it is my only option so I kind of have to!nnThe staff are great, friendly helpful and it always has what we need, wouldn't mind an Aldi in Churchill, just saying.
Has to be the worst woolies in Australia. Wasting my life away while waiting to be served at the front desk. But I feel better knowing that the horrible rude fat butch staff member you know who you are will spend even more time wasting her life in such meaningless job. She deserves it.
I've never had any real issues with the staff or product from Churchill Woolies in the years I've been living here. Always a friendly bunch who are willing to help.
My first click & collect online order at Churchill -nFirst up, the allocated carparks were quite faded at the time.nI didn’t realise that all notifications were through my woollies app thought I might get a text or email like Coles etc. I Called the store & was informed someone will be out with my order shortly. Someone was, but just to rudely tell me they didn’t know I was there as I hadn’t notified them through the app - So this woman literally only came out, without my order, to abruptly tell me, as a first time user, I was doing it all wrong. She went ahead to tell me I should have ‘done this & done that because they had no idea I was there for collection’. I did apologise & was willing to be educated & take responsibility but her approach & tone was offensive.nnThere also always seems to be a long wait at the deli for any service.nnMany of the staff are lovely but some choose ignorance & will push past & cut in front of you to get their online stock, replenish stock or race to the tea room.nnSuch a shame this the only option for supermarket grocery shopping in the town. Residents deserve better.
