i was struggling to find an item and a young chap named nick came over and helped me out! He was so kind and was very cheerful! such a great employee, you guys are very lucky to have him as a worker! 10/10 experience he deserves a raise!
Perfectly adequate place to shop.
Take and check your receipts in store, I'd suggest. I've bought a carton of eggs and got charged for 7 cartons. How could that happen? The checkout girl had to type 7x on screen and then scan the eggs. I did not buy 7 of anything, by the way.
After visiting my relative's house nearby, I hurriedly purchased a gift and came to Korea via Melbourne Airport. When I came home and checked, I found out that a Melbourne tee was an empty box. It was so light that I didn't notice it, and I didn't even think it would be empty. I feel very bad. I don't expect to get a refund because I'm already far away, but I think it would be a good idea to put an anti-open sticker on the tea box to prevent any other victims.
I am very disappointed with the ladies working at the service desk. Every time I saw Milkrun, Uber Eats, or DoorDash drivers come in, they are treated poorly, as if they don’t matter at all. The attitude is rude, careless, and completely unfriendly. Especially the blonde hair lady. There is zero professionalism. Honestly, it comes across as either pure laziness or some kind of discrimination. Either way, it is unacceptable customer service. We all human being.n
