Another way to deceive shoppers. My 94 year old mum saw the 1/2 price sign so bought 2 cards. On being charged full price at checkout the girl said that the 1/2 price only applied to items at the end on the shelf. Shame on you Woolworths!
Staff are usually pretty friendly but lately I've been doing my main over via click and collect as it is meant to be easier however almost every order seems to be missing a bag..... today it was $40 worth of frozen meals and now I have to wait for a refund.
I'm a bit confused why there is a stool for staff to sit on in the self service area. It's a small area as it is. The guy just went to it and sat on it right behind my trolley I was stuck in the corner.nnI'm really unsure how they're able to sit when they have more self service checkouts than actual checkouts
I can usually get in & out of this Woolworths fairly quickly. Good fresh produce & bakery. Staff members tend to lack warmth
Absolutely love this place as of tonight as a young gentleman who was at the self checkout area named Kurt helped me in the most respectful and pleasant way and said that this can be his good deed for today and I wanna say he deserves a raise and a good pat on the back as I haven’t seen such respect and someone be so helpful in Woolworths in a LONG TIME up until tonight
