convenient supermarket with the bonus of EV charging stations in the car park. Shopping is easy with a good range of groceries, fresh produce, and daily essentials. The store is clean, well-organized, and staff are friendly.nThe EV chargers work well and make it super handy to top up your car while doing your shopping. A great example of combining everyday convenience with sustainability.
Rating: 8.5/10nnin comparison to other woollies and Coles this Woolworths has a vast range of products and a large store and most of all new features such as scan and go that other Woolworths and Coles simply do not offer. the staff are lovely and they all cater to the customer experience a lot more than some other Woolworths and Coles I’ve seen. I come here every couple days and the staff are always lovely.
My favourite grocery store in Chatswood. Always heaps of parking even on the weekends. It's a standalone grocery store not in a mall. It's close to Bunnings and lots of other stores. Clean, bright, well stocked. Lots of families around and free fruit for kids. Full of friendly, smiling employees and there's a BWS inside!
I bought an item and realised I bought a wrong item and revisited the store to return and they could not refund as I don't have a receipt.nnMy question to your store if receipt is mandatory for refund, why are you asking if the receipt needs to be printed or not at checkout.nnThis is against the Australian consumer law.nnStop fooling customers around .nn2. The staff who shop for online customers seem to be oblivious to those who turn up at the store. I took this up with the manager and his suggestion was that I too should shop online. I talked to some of the staff and they indicated that they are timed so it follows they have their face glued to the phone looking at the order and are racing around the store almost taking out the customers as they go. Maybe some of the managers should visit Coles the staff are extremely pleasant and seem far less stressed which translates as 'nicer to the customer.' I did attempt to email woolies regarding this issue but not an option available so thought I would post on google.
