For the past couple of years, virtually every time I’ve gone to this Woolies on a weekend, there have been no trolleys available. Surely it can’t be that hard for store management to resolve a basic issue like this?
Went with my wife to Woolworths Carindale today and took an item from the shelf that states $6 for frozen sweet potato chips, not realizing the item was Birdeye instead of what the tag says McCain and was charged $7. Why would you placed Birdeye frozen sweet potato chips and tag with McCain price. I asked the staff where is the McCain item, he can't answer. Please be mindful.
The other week I came in looking for soy sauce. I had difficulty locating it so I approached the nearest employee, Jett. Jett rudely dismissed me and walked into the back room instead of attending to my needs. He seemed overwhelmed but I don't believe that is a valid reason to treat a paying customer like this.
Used to be a decent WW shop, but some time ago decided to start closing the Deli 1 hour before the shop closes. RiDICULOUS!!!!! That level of service is not acceptable in the modern society with flexible working hours. Greedy top management saving on salariea with no respect to the customers.
Not a rating for Carindale store as such . Just Woolworths as a whole.. why have pick-up only by direct to boot? I don't want to pay $5 to pick it up that way if I'm shopping elsewhere throughout my day service desk would be a great way to do so for convenience
