Went to buy these crumpets… and then discovered this. Went to reception, The lady just said ‘Oh! that’s no ‘good and took me to grab a new one. Worrying to see such off food in Woolworths. No compensation offered.
Always a good fresh produce selection. Very good bakery. Store is usually clean & tidy. Usually manage to get in & out quickly
Have visited this store a few times and had top-notch service from a lovely woman at your self-checkouts Bridge. I used to work in retail and take my hat off to her - racing from customer to customer to fix system errors and never not smiling! Thanks for all your hard work :
The stock availability is consistent, as is the relatively low occurrence of aisle obstacles caused by staff stocking. The store is in need of refurbishment, but always clean. I can rely on there being hot roasts available 90% of the time, which is excellent for a Woolworths store. Staff are excellent and could probably use a few morale boosts.
Woolworth and Coles seem to be having a race to the bottom.nToday the self-service checkout stopped me from paying and called a staff member over to check my trolley. A camera from above had identified 3 pair of socks I bought from Best and Less in the trolley.nVery clever system. However this makes me fell like I'm being treated like a criminal.nI would shop at Coles but they are just as bad. Looks like I'll just have to use the staffed checkout and give a 1 star review.
