All the staff are very helpful. I am going there since we moved to byford. Go there for regular shopping. Cant tell a single incident of dissatisfaction
Worse couple weeks and nothing much positive going on… went to do some shopping and near close at self serve I was having the usual gen x tech issues.nLovely mannered young lady approached and very nicely asked that if I would like some donuts for free.nWow, made my day… thanks so much, perfect time and always a great store without free donuts usually
Click and collect is a joke. Lettuce, broccoli and mandarins just rolling around not in bags, asked for fruit toast but was substituted with white bread. Go inside the store to see a whole shelf of fruit toast in the bread aisle. Too focused on keeping prices sky high to do their jobs properly.
DIRECT TO BOOT Well that definitely doesn’t happen at Woolworths in Byford, after receiving such wonderful customer service by Woolworths in Rockingham I expected to have the same service by the Byford store.nWell not only was the young guy extremely rude, they just bring your order out and ‘dump’ it on the footpath, with no one collecting the empty crates it blocks the footpath, they told me ‘they don’t help put it in the boot there’ after ringing the store manager she advised they should be putting it in the boot. Well, that is still not happening.nVery disappointing that they offer a service that they can’t/don’t deliver on.
Shopping experience was lovely and easy to use and get around Clean and lots seating
