I’ve only ever had good experiences here. First was when an item in my online order was expired, the online manager told me to come back and he gave me a full refund, no questions asked. Second was today, when a girl called Maddie brought out my direct to boot order and helped me pack it into bags in my car. Most just stand there and watch you.

Don’t listen to Peter Dutton and the other right wing crazies - his cynical and opportunistic calls to boycott Woolworths is his way of trying to turn Australia into a version of trump’s America. Remember how awful the last liberal national party government was, the lies and the lack of empathy for those who are struggling to get ahead in Australia. We can do better than that.

I was served by this girl named Haseena I think on Sunday morning. She made me experience the best customer service I ever had at Woollies. She was very professional and friendly even when there were so many other customers. I think Woolworths should have more staffs like her
